Morning Ladies,

So we forgot to mention a couple of things on the newsletter at the beginning of the month, so here is what we missed.

New Sit Fit
We will be starting a new Sit Fit class starting on Monday 17th September. These classes will be doing seated exercises focusing on core muscles and upper body strength as well as doing some leg exercises. These exercises will be tailored to a variety of abilities and will be very low impact. Classes will be held on a Monday at 4pm and Thursday at 9:30am. Classes will be £3 per class for members and £5 for non-members. If you have any questions or would like more information about these classes then don’t hesitate to ask us.

Macmillan Coffee Morning
On Friday 28th September we will be hosting a Macmillan coffee morning. There will be tea and coffee available as well as a selection of cakes between 9am and 1pm. If anyone would like to make any cake donations then they would be greatly appreciated.
